​It's simple! All your current information will be displayed. Update only what is necessary. Write your application number and submit the following via email at johnsa11@nv.ccsd.net or in person between 8AM-2PM:

 

- Proof of address (water, power or gas) 

- I.D.

Families New To CCSD

​If you do not have ANY students in one of our schools, please use this link and have an active email address ready. Please allow yourself up to 30 minutes.

Enter names as they appear on birth certificates and driver licenses. Please ensure dates of birth are correct. Have at least 1 local emergency contact ready. New families, welcome! Click on this link to register.

  • Birth Certificate         

  • Immunization Record 

  • Parent/Guardian I.D. 

  • Proof of Address (water, power or gas bill)
